AGENT. This is an entity who partners with Mobikash Limited by availing their outlet to assist Mobikash customers carry out certain transactions on our behalf, e.g. cash-in, cash-out, FI/BANK transactions e.t.c. All agents earn commissions for all transactions carried out at the Mobikash outlet.
There are two types of agents. SUPER agents and SUB agents

Super Agent. The principle Mobikash Partner in the acquistion and management of agent outlets countrywide. It owns the super outlet and acquires the mini and street outlets
Sub Agent. Represents the mini and street outlet and pays agreed percentage of commissions to the recruiting and management super agent.

OUTLET. This is the premises where the agent is located and assists the Mobikash customer carry out transactions. The outlets are classified as super, mini and street outlet
